We’ve been tagged by the lovely Gina from Behind the Pages to do this Bookish Idenity Tag! Thanks Gina 😀

Which dystopian/fantastical world would you live in?

Tough one! Obviously I would like to live in no dystopian society at all, because the word dystopian literally means that it’s the kind of society you don’t want to live in. However, when you’re asking me about fantastical worlds… The no-brainer is obviously the world of Harry Potter. (I swear, my letter got lost in the mail. THAT MUST BE IT.) Also the world from the Throne of Glass series seems interesting, but mostly I’d just like to experience Celaena’s badassery live. (Also Rowan.) Oooh, or the world from Daughter of Smoke and Bone! I want to see the angels’ fiery wings and all the different kinds of chimaera.

Hogwarts. Obviously. Preferably without the whole marginalization of muggles going on. If Hogwarts was really a thing I see myself actually LOVING school and enjoying homework. I mean come on, who wouldn’t enjoy some Defense Against the Dark homework? Or Charms? Hahaha, I would totally be like Hermione just because I find this magical universe so fascinating.

WEEEEELL, I OBVIOUSLY WANT TO LIVE IN THE HARRY POTTER WORLD. I mean…WHO WOULDN’T? I’ve always imagined myself going to Hogwarts… I’d never want to leave school again. Also, I wouldn’t mind living in Percy Jackson’s world. I can totally see myself battling minotaurs and angry Titans alongside Percy and Annabeth.

Who would your partner be?

Are you seriously asking me to pick one book boyfriend because I REFUSE. You can’t just do this to me. Partners I don’t want to kiss but still want with be would be the Karou/Zuzana/Liraz gang from Daughter of Smoke and Bone, because hell yes. Also Celeana. (Imagine how badass it would be if those four got together.) As for the boys… Well, to name a few: Tucker from Unearthly, Fred and George from Harry Potter (no, the last book didn’t happen), Levi from Fangirl, Rowan from Heir of Fire et cetera. I’ll stop now.

LOL. Ahhh there’s so many options really. I totally feel Celine on Celeana and Fred and George. I’m also forever in denial about that final book too. Literally everybody in every Stephanie Perkins novel. The Merrick brothers from the Elementals series. Cécile from Stolen Songbird because she’s awesome. Puck from The Iron Fey  series, though he may drive me crazy at times- I think we all need a bit of Puck in our lives. Anybody from Kasie West’s books as her characterization is one of my favorite things ever and she writes the most endearing leads.

Oh daaaayum… THIS IS INCREDIBLY HARD. I HAVE MANY. I would say Percy Jackson but then again, I gave up that idea because Annabeth would totally kick my ass. BUT THEN THERE’S NICO DI ANGELO View Spoiler » and he is the cutest. I absolutely hate the fanart for Nico sometimes, but Viria does the best Percy Jackson fanart and she depicted Nico perfectly.

Who would be your Godly mother/father (from Percy Jackson)?

I think it would be Athena!

I don’t want to conform to these Athena girls over here[; LOL so I went with the easy way out and decided to take a quiz online. Apparently it was *incredibly accurate* and used comic sans so I guess that solidified it’s legitimacy. I got Aphrodite. HAHAHAHA.

Please, it’s Athena without a doubt.

Would you be a Downworlder or a Nephilim (from The Mortal Instruments)?

Haha, it’s been so long since I’ve read this series that I honestly have no idea what you’re talking about.

I don’t see myself being a vampire and werewolf because that seems painful yooo. Also, I think I’d recall be an 9058940 year old ancient fairy. So Nephilim it is.

Err… like Celine, I’ve forgotten about all the terminology in this series. I don’t think I’d be a Downworlder, because I vaguely remember what that means, so I’ll have to be a Nephilim, I guess.

Which house would you be in (from Harry Potter)?

Okay, so the obvious thing would be Ravenclaw, and I actually think this would be my house. However, online quizzes always sort me into Gryffindor, which I find hilarious, as I am the least courageous person you’ll ever meet.

Man. I don’t even know. On Pottermore I’m in Slytherin which is ehhh. It’s been stigmatized as the evil house I find, I swear I’m not evil. I also hate snakes.

Well, according to this Harry Potter quiz, I am Gryffindor! WHOOT 😀

Which faction would you be in (from Divergent)?

According to an online quiz I am Divergent, scoring highest for Erudite (quelle surprise) and Amity.

I never actually read this series #larissaconfessions oooops. So I took a quiz. I think it’s a little more accurate than the Percy Jackson one I did because it’s from the actual movie. I got Amity and Erudite.

Aaaaand I got Erudite according to le Buzzfeed quiz

What would your daemon be (from Northern Lights/the Golden Compass)?

It could be anything, really, but I’d say a fox! They’re smart and sly, which I can always appreciate, but they’re also cute and furry and just give me one please.

Really anything like Celine mentioned. Maybe a cat LOL. I do like to sleep a lot.

Oooh…I honestly don’t know because I haven’t read the books yet *guilty look*

  1. Karou and Celaena would be the BEST partners. You’d literally never have to worry about a thing if they had your back lol.

Oh, oh, and Slytherin for the win! I’m not ashamed to admit I’d probs be sorted into that house hehe

  2. The first person I saw on the banner was Logan Lerman… xD

The HP world definitely seems awesome, but personally, I’d love to live in the PJO world, just because… Percabeth, you know? I would love to experience all the stuff they went through (except all the parts where they almost got killed).

Cécile and Puck are awesome picks, Larissa! But obviously, my partner would be Percy Jackson. <3 (For some odd reason, I'm not fond of Nico…)

HAHAHA an Aphrodite girl! xD I took a quiz and got Poseidon! Though personally, I think I'm probably a Hermes kid. 😉

I'd probably a Downworlder… Only because I'm not fond of angel stories.

I'm a Hufflepuff! Not sure if I like that or not… But I'm definitely not a Gryffindor, possibly half Slytherin, maybe just a bit of a Ravenclaw…

    I'd probably be factionless.

I haven't read Northern Lights, either, Mel. 🙁

This was a fun post, girls! Thanks for sharing!

      Haha I can see why Aimee [;

Cécile and Puck are awesome c: but I do definitely understand the appeal in Percy. Sarcasm, can control water and cute. Not too bad qualities to have in a partner.

Aphrodite for days pshhhh, obviously I’m just too fucking enchanting to those boys. Honestly, I feel the Poseidon vibes for myself. I truly do love everything surrounding water: surfing, swimming, scuba diving.. and the list goes on.

  3. Megan says:

So many fun tags circulating around recently; it was fun reading all your answers to the questions, too! 😀 Haha, I love how three of you chose Hogwarts as your choice fantasy world. I APPROVE. Seriously, who wouldn’t choose Hogwarts? It’s basically because of Hogwarts that everyone wants to go to a boarding school. Yup, it’s been six years and I’m still waiting for my acceptance letter. HOGWARTS NEEDS TO GET OWLS WITH A BETTER SENSE OF DIRECTION, DAMMIT.

Fred and George would be AWESOME partners to have around. Never an awkward moment with them because all of us would be too busy laughing. And Mel, Percy Jackson is MINE. But yeah… I’d probably be dead before I could win his love. Annabeth is too badass. I like Nico, but he loses when it comes to Percy, I’m sorry. 😛 (Damn if he doesn’t look hot in those two pictures, though.)

Aw, Larissa, Slytherin isn’t half bad! I was put in Slytherin in Pottermore, too, and even though I hate snakes, I think it’s more suited for me than, like, Gryffindor or Hufflepuff. O_O I mean, I can be really manipulative when I want to… And I’m not kind like a Hufflepuff. Not particularly brave, either. Okay, this is making me sound like the devil, so I’ll stop. xD

His Dark Materials — I really need to re-read that series soon! I don’t think I ever finished it… I think I made it to The Subtle Knife and gave up on The Amber Spyglass because it was too boring. I did love the first two books, though. Maybe now that I’m older, lol. A fox or cat would be awesome! I think I’d like a big, warm creature. Like a tiger or something.

    Awesome post, you three! <3

    • Larissa says:

I love tags <33 they're just so much fun to read and do. They also allow for you to easily get to know the person better ^.^

Yeah, Hogwarts should really train their owls better. It's truly just so inconvenient [; But yes, Fred and George would make for awesome partners. I know they would have me laughing all of the time, which is just great because laughter really is the best form of medicine. Also they happen to be cute ginger twins. Just sayin'

Yeah, Slytherin isn't too bad! it just has gotten a horrible reputation. Maybe you & I would be able to turn it around. We could totally make it the best house EVERRRR.

<3333 I miss you megan! and your epically long comments.

  4. Oh gosh I agree with so many things in this post. I am a huge fan of DOSAB by Laini Taylor, love Stephanie Perkins and Rainbow Rowell. Tucker from Unearthly sigh… So much fun. Thanks for sharing, ladies.

  5. 1). WOOH! Hogwarts for the win…obviously! I mean…who wouldn’t want to go to Hogwarts? 😉

2). It seems that Larissa and Celine have a consensus on Fred & George and I must say I agree with that. It would be hilarious to hang around those two! And Mel…haha! You should pick Annabeth, Percy and Nico. Now that would be fun to watch. 😉

And I must say – I’m surprised that none of you picked Katniss!

    3). ATHENA FTW! <3 Haha! 😉 And Larissa…you’re hilarious.

4). Haha…I read the Mortal Interments a long time ago as well, so I forgot too. 😉 I’m impressed with Larissa’s memory though!

5). 2 Griffyndors and a Slytherin…haha! That’s an interesting combination I must say… And Larissa, Cait’s a Slytherin too; and look at what she’s like – LOL! I think I’d probably be Hufflepuff because I’m neither brave or ambitious or intelligent, so…awkward…

6). Celine and Larissa – I can totally see you two scoring for Erudite and Amity. That matches you perfectly – you’re both super intelligent and kind, so that works out well. And Mel – you’re definitely Erudite; although I would have guessed you had a little Amity in you too? Whenever I take those aptitude test, my results always vary between Amity and Abnegation, so I consider myself a bit of both. 😀

7). *high fives Mel* I haven’t read the series either! We can be ashamed together! 😉 Although I’d probably be a fox too Celine…or a dog possibly…

    Fabulous post girls! <3

Seriously. I’ll be like 90 years old and if I get my letter (obvs lost in the mail) I would still attended Hogwarts okay.

Katniss would be the smart choice I suppose [; But most fun??? ehhhh.

Thank you girl! [; I try. But obviously it’s Aphrodite FTW.

Hahaaha! I feel like Cait is a more…proud Slytherin. Honestly though I identify more with Hufflepuff too. I’m a very loyal person okay.

    • Melanie says:

Well I do remember doing another faction test ages back which said I was divergent with erudite, amity and something…but yeah, the test I just did said erudite, and I think it’s pretty accurate. I HAVE NO AMITY IN MYSELF, *ATTEMPTS EVIL BAD LAUGH*

  6. Ooh what a fun tag! I always get sorted in Ravenclaw :)I also really loveee Percy Jackson! But like u Mel I don’t think I’m courageous enough to try to claim him for my book bf.. Lmao. Btw love those depictions of Nico!

  7. Jasprit says:

You ladies did great answering some of these questions I know that I would totally be struggling with some of these questions, like who would your partner be? I took the faction test too and ended up with Amity, but still need to take the Harry Potter one. Thanks for sharing another interesting post with us! 🙂

Who wouldn’t want to live at Hogwarts? And Camp Half-Blood? And Mel, I love that Nico fanart – that’s how I imagined him!

This tag is so fun and I really enjoyed reading your answers. 🙂

Hehe thank you! I found the pic of all the characters on the internet, and just added some text to it lel. I’m glad you agree! I saw some art by the dude who made the original PJ covers…HE LOOKED SO BAD AND ALL WRONG. Thank god for Viria.

  9. Who wouldn’t pick Hogwarts ? Like.. that’s THE MOST PERFECT AWESOME world ever created in a book :D. Wow, the partner question is really though. I’m always a mixture between Ravenclaw/Slytherin, but I personally prefer Ravenclaw and I think that would be the best match for me 🙂 According to the quiz I’m also Erudite.

    Fun tag 😀

THIS IS INTERESTING. First off, YES I think Harry Potter is a pretty safe world to explore, AND IT’S A WIZARD SCHOOL LIKE YES we’ve all dreamed of it. The problem with other worlds is that they’re too hard to survive in. Like to be honest I WOULD DIE in Eretz 😛

I’m also in GRYFFINDOR SO YEAH GO CELINE (official Pottermore test muhaha). And also in Erudite though I never read the books, THOUGH I’LL BE PUTTING THAT IN MY OWN BLOGGY POST YES? Thanks for tagging me you guys! 😀

Ooh, you three Erudites then. 😉 Smarties and also villainous. How wonderful. BUT SERIOUSLY LARISSA?!! YOU HAVEN’T READ IT YET?!! WHYYYYY.
