*insert 69 joke because really, someone has gotta say it*
As you all know, The Blood of Olympus came out and it also happened to be the end of the world because honestly, what is life without more Percy Jackson books to look forward to? *sighs*
School life has been okay to me so far. We actually haven’t gotten much homework this week, which is a surprising relief. But I know their ways…they’re gonna dump ALL THE HOMEWORK on us on week 5 and 6 which are the weeks right before reports are due. *side eyes all teachers*
Phew! That was another busy week. Thankfully I have one week of vacation to look forward to, but to be honest, I don’t really feel like it’s a vacation. School still means MUCH STRESS even when you have a week off. Then there is the matter of university applications and important stuff and aahhhhhh. *panics* DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME.
Thankfully I get to rewind a bit in London. Because yes, I’ll be going to London next week 😀 😀 😀 *celebrates* I’m really looking forward to that and obviously I will post loads of pictures and stuff on Twitter. I mean, London makes me panic too because EVEN LESS TIME FOR EVERYTHING but I really do need that time to relax and enjoy everything. I’m sure everything’s going to be fine!
This week has been pretty busy with school and work. Luckily in Canada it’s Thanksgiving on Monday so I do get a bit of the break with the long weekend. Happy Canadian Thanksgiving! [; Speaking of other events in October: Halloween. I work Halloween which I’m actually okay about because Halloween has got to be my least favorite holiday. Anyway, since I’m working my job actually wants me to dress up. Ahhh. I have no idea what my costume should be.
I have a shopping problem too. Sephora and Guess will be the death of me, I swear. There’s just so many pretty things, okay.
I’m also so jealous of Celine. I wish I lived in Europe where I could just casually travel to other countries in a short period of time. Haha, enjoy London girl!

Larissa’s Book of the Week
I’m so excited for this one! It’s out on March 3rd, 2015. It seems right up my alley: historical fiction and murder. It’s described as having a film noir feel and is set in the golden age of Hollywood. I can’t wait to get my hands on this one and I really do have high hopes. I would totally love an ARC of this. Hint. Hint. LOL.
Do you have a Halloween story/experience that you want to share?
As you know, Halloween is coming up! And this Halloween, we decided to do a week long event which is happening towards the end of October and we are currently asking for your help! So basically, we are planning to compile some really short stories or experiences of your past Halloweens. They don’t necessarily have to be those spooky ones where you saw something or something happened to you, but it can be something that you do for Halloween. It doesn’t even have to be special, I mean, I think many countries don’t really celebrate Halloween so we don’t really know what Halloween truly is like (well I don’t at least, lol.) If you have something to contribute email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

LOOK AT THE TFIOS PHONE CASE ISN’T IT GORGEOUS OR WHAT. For those of you who wanna know, this was less than $5 on eBay and free shipping. I LOVE IT.
Day 21: All I know about this series is that it got turned into a TV show that’s apparently really bad but got a little bit better later on. No really sure if I want to pick this one up TBH
Whisper the Dead: SQUEEE! I had no idea that this one was releasing this year but it is and I am so excited about reading it
Conjured: I saw this one around the blogosphere a few months back and it popped up in the mail so I’ll try this one maybe early next year.
Starry Nights: Same goes for this one. I just checked it out on GR just now and the ratings are rather low, which is surprising for me because I had always thought it was really good. Will keep this one on low priority for now.
Crash: I did read Jump last year but I don’t think I really want to continue with the series mainly because I wasn’t all that infatuated. But, we’ll see.
The Blood of Olympus: OH MY GODS HOLY HERA
Falls the Shadow: Curioussss
The Ghosts of Heaven: Ermahgerd look at the beautifulness. The sides of the pages are blue, too. ITS AWESOME. It has the US cover running for it’s money.
~Huge thanks to the loverly Hachette Australia, Bloomsbury Australia and Allen & Unwin Australia!~
