What’s been happening lately…

Hey guys! A rather boring week. I am going on holidays soon which is rather exciting–sad thing is that I won’t be seeing my friends ever again as when I leave for my holiday, I will not be returning to the same school ever again as I am also, moving schools for 2014! Moreover, I feel like I am slipping into a review slump so a hiatus will be happening very soon.

 Read-A-Long Time!

Today, the Under the Never Sky read-a-long is beginning! It’s not too late to join, if you want to, click here for more info. Also, read-a-long people, if you are going to talk about the series, use this hashtag on Twitter: #UtNSRAL

Who wants to co-blog?!

Here’s a shoutout to my book blogging bestie, Stephanie @ Chasm of Books! She is currently looking for a co-blogger/reviewer to help out on her blog. She is seriously one of the nicest, awesomest people I know and if it weren’t that I am already stacked up on two blogs, I’d be co-blogging with her. Come and read more about it here!

Blog Hop Sign-Ups!

Lexa Cain is celebrating the release of her book with another author by hosting a blog hop giveaway! Come and join!

Looking For Guest Posts…

One of my bloggy friends, Shelly, is looking for some people to make some guest posts for her blog as she is going on hiatus soon! Click here for more details.

Just Finished Reading…

PawnA rather surprising novel. Did not expect it to be so good. Review coming tomorrow.

Under the Never SkyReading this one really soon for the read-a-long. I finally won’t be out of the loop! So much hype on this series.

~All the epiceriness! (that is totally a word)~
The Killing Woods: I recently found out this Lucy is an Aussie author which makes me even more excited to read one of her books

These Broken Stars x2: Read it. Loved it. The second copy was sent for a giveaway that was posted with my review yesterday.

Pawn: Pretty good. Recommended if you did not like Goddess Test but still wanna give this author a go.

Tease: Epic cover!

Ink Is Thicker Than Water: I saw a cover reveal earlier this year and was excited about this one ever since.

Prisoner of Night and Fog: Sounds creepy. I think it’s historica fiction? Can’t remember now.

Talker 25: Out of pure curiousity since I’ve never heard of this one at all.

The Taking: Not a fan of her other YA series but it’s worth a try, right?

Life By Committee: I love the cover. That’s all.

Exile: Something about the synopsis made me want to download this. It seemed a little typical but could has a lot of potential.

The Summer I Found You: Gorgeous cover.

Allegiant Bookmark: I won this on Twitter! Whoot 🙂

Like I mentioned in my post, it’s basically because I’m falling in a review slump and I need to take a break in general. I will be going on hiatus soon

  8. You got an amazing haul!! I really need to read UTNS. I wish I had time to join the read-along, but I am so behind as it is from taking a two month blogging break. It feels good to be back though!! Good luck on moving to a new school. You are awesome and will fit right in quickly!!! 🙂 Also, we all understand the blogging break. I will still be here when you return.

I have The Killing Woods because my lovely co-blogger, Jasprit sent it to me! I can’t wait to read it because I love mysteries. I hope you love Under the Never Sky as much as I did. The beginning was a little hard to get into but then it takes off! I’m taking a blogging break in the middle of December to the beginning of the year. I think we all need to do it to re-charge our batteries. 🙂

  12. Wow! A new school for 2014. Big changes. I am sure you will do just fine, but goodbyes will be hard. I know what you mean about being in a slump. I am in one too after wrapping up Something Wicked. Trying to get enthusiastic again. Under the Never Sky is a book I have wanted read for so long and I used to love read alongs, but these days I am too burned out to do one 🙂
