  1. You’ve had such a busy week! I’ve been away for a conference for days and I missed so much, I don’t know when I’ll get a chance to catch up.
The Coldest Girl in Coldtown was a huge disappointment for me (I loved her Curse Workers series), but I hope you’ll feel differently.
    And John Green! Lucky girl.
    Have a great week. ๐Ÿ™‚

How’s Resist going? I loved Breathe so I hope Resist is even better. I think Jump is actually called Twinmaker in the US which I prefer, Jump seems so generic and it doesn’t stand out like Twinmaker ๐Ÿ™ I have read one review of Man Made Boy- it seems promising ๐Ÿ˜€
OH you got HOH and TFiOS SIGNED that’s so lucky! And The Year of Shadows, ohmygosh me wants

  4. I’m so jealous that you got a signed TFIOS!

Great haul Melanie! I was so close to buying a signed edition of the hardback but didn’t want to spend money on a duplicate. Everyone’s freaking out over House of Hades, must be good! I also recieved Jump and Man Made Boy, so I’ll be looking out for your reviews ๐Ÿ™‚ Happy reading!

I actually couldn’t get HoH the second the bookstore opened because the bookstore didn’t get their delivery of books until 2 in the afternoon!! Still, I got to read it so I’m happy ๐Ÿ˜€

Also is Parasite a horror book? I wouldn’t personally call it that- more of a sci-fi I’d say ๐Ÿ™‚ Or a thriller.

Gah such a dilemma whether I should get the signed TFIOS since I already have the paperback….

I felt so weird and empty but I think I’m the only one, you look totally pumped for it! I am a little jealous of your copy of Man Made Boy because when I went to buy HoH, they didn’t have it in store! I also purchased the Coldest Girl in Coldtown so I can’t wait to see what you think! Enjoy all your new pretties! ๐Ÿ™‚

  21. Ooh, PARASITE has gore and is disturbing? I’m so glad I’ll start reading it tonight! Though it’s been getting a few mixed reviews, so I hope I’m not in that crowd. >.< And heh, I think I'm starting to feel a bit more grateful that I probably won't read HOUSE OF HADES until my friend buys it. Which would be, like, the end of the year. So I won't have to torture myself with the wait! STOP MAKING THINGS DIFFICULT, MELANIE.

And, gosh, everyone's been having such great hauls recently, though I guess I can't complain because HARPER COLLINS. I hope you enjoy THE YEAR OF SHADOWS and THE COLDEST GIRL IN COLDTOWN, because I'm so excited for them! Plus, they have gorgeous covers. And ha. You're totally not a hoarder at all. Let me see… an e-book, a hardback, a paperback, and an audiobook.

Those aren't signs of book obsessiveness. AT ALL. ๐Ÿ˜‰
