midnight madness newsletter
This meme was created for YA Midnight Reads to showcase upcoming posts and hauls from over the past week.
After not even a week on WordPress, I am already finding it much easier to use than Blogger. UBB plugin is the best plugin on Earth and all you fellow WordPressers better get your hands on one! Even that said, there are a few things that make my head hurt and some minor things I’ll have to drop but, hey, still 100% worth it, this move was.
Moreover, I am going on band camp for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. So I will not be around much. I may do some comment rounds but it will be highly unlikely. If you leave a comment on any of the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday posts, I’ll be commenting back on Thursday. 😀
Just Finished Reading…

I was sadly disappointed about Indelible, with two antagonists named Ink and Inq, as well as a poor romance and world building, I gave this 2 stars. My review will be up tomorrow.

Book of the Week:

The House of Hades

Um HOLY CRAP GUYS. This book right here is my destiny. I believe I have had this one as book of the week before but WHO CARES. IT’S RICK FREAKIN’ RIORDAN. If you have not read this series. I just. NO. Leave. Melanie is greatly disappointed.

Coming Up this Week:

– Review of Indelible by Dawn Metcalf

– Review of Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas

– Discussing Through Midnight (1)

– Review of All Our Yesterdays by Cristin Terrill

Received Books:

For Review:

 ~Short but Sweet!~

The Cinderella Moment: I received two copies of this. I have an idea of who I’ll be giving this one away to already. 🙂 But this looks really sweet and cute, I believe it has something to do with fashion.

Solstice: I received this one as I was on tour a couple weeks back. Greek mythology and dystopia sounds like a pretty awesome mix.
~Thank you Penguin Australia and Tor Teen!~

  5. Ink and Inq? LOL I’m looking forward to your review. I read a couple of DNF reviews for that book, so I decided it probably wouldn’t be for me. And Solstice sounds pretty good! I can’t wait to see what you think of that one. Enjoy! 🙂

Yeah, Indelible was rather unpleasant, never recommending that. I actually have a discussion review going up next Tuesday on Finding Bliss in Books. Was real fun to do.

  6. Stephanie B says:

I love the dress on The Cinderella Moment cover. The perfect shade of purple. That’s too bad Indelible wasn’t very good. The cover looks amazing.
